Installing on a Mac

The Mac app isn't notarized by Apple yet, so macOS blocks it unless you run one command before opening it the first time.

  1. Unzip the download and drag MedSync into your Applications folder.
  2. Open Terminal and run this command — before you open MedSync: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/MedSync.app
  3. Open MedSync from Applications. The first time, it asks for the microphone and for Accessibility (to paste your notes).

Opened it first and macOS moved it to the Trash? Download it again and run step 2 before opening it.
