Use of the Service

MedSync is a clinical documentation platform intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations including HIPAA and GDPR.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Patient Data

You retain ownership of all patient data entered into MedSync. By using the service, you grant MedSync a limited license to process this data solely to provide the service to you. We process PHI as a Business Associate and will sign a BAA upon request.

AI-Generated Content

Clinical notes and summaries generated by MedSync's AI are for assistance purposes only. You, as the licensed healthcare professional, are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated clinical documentation. AI output does not constitute medical advice.

Prohibited Uses

• Using the service to record individuals without their consent
• Sharing account credentials with unlicensed individuals
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent security measures
• Using the service in violation of HIPAA or applicable privacy laws

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
